I’m an independent consultant specialising in the Arts, Culture and Creative Industries.

I provide  expert advice on policy and strategy,  perform organisational reviews, develop effective planning and management processes,  including operational and fundraising plans, and provide project and management support for clients.

I work with clients in both the public and private spheres, including senior policy makers and political organisations; agencies, independent bodies and Local Authorities; Arts and Cultural Organisations and Production Companies; Film and Media Production companies and others.

I am a constant advocate and campaigner for the arts and culture sector, and I’ve provided policy advice and strategic support to artists and representatives alike.

I lecture in Business and Change Management at the Quinn School of Business, UCD; in Cultural Entrepreneurship and Strategy  on the MA in Culture Policy and Arts Management, and in Applied Theatre and Festival Management on The University of Wolverhampton’s BA Drama, delivered at CDCFE.

In previous years I have lectured and taught at Dundalk Institute of Technology, Bull Alley Drama School, The Gaiety School of Acting and the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.

I’m also a producer, a researcher and an academic.  Before 2011 I worked in theatre – as a venue manager, a director , and a producer,  touring  work nationally and internationally.
